His grandson is Rabbi Gilad Kariv a reform Rabbi and member of Parliament. Another grandson Hanoch Rosen is the famous actor, director and CEO of WOW Las Vegas.
• Rabbi Tovia Silman, who famously sent the letter dated 19th January 1941 about what it is happening and how Jews are being killed. His son is Rabbi Yehuda Silman
