Rabbi Mirski was the last Rabbi of Zabludow, Poland and was killd in the Holocaust. His son in law, who served as Rabbi with him was rabbi Eliyahu Simcha Hazan, who was later a founder of yeshivas Mercaz HaTorah in Montreal and wrote Divrei Eliyahu on Rambam (5 volumes, first printed in 1965).

On the back of the page there is a stamp that this letter was in the collection of Avigdor Perlmutter.
